Brief Description
Kukuku.A is a virus whose main aim is to spread and infect as many computers as possible.
In order to do so, it infects PE files (Portable Executable), which can be executed in different 32-bit operating systems (Windows XP/2000/NT/Me/98/95). The virus is activated every time an infected file is run.
Additionally, it downloads the following malware:
* The adware Adsmoke and Cinmus. These programs are designed to display adverstising on the screen of the affected computer.
* The Trojans Agent.ISE, Delf.AIN and QQPass.BHD. This last one is designed to steal passwords belonging to several online games.
Visible Symptoms
Kukuku.A is difficult to recognize, as it does not display any messages or warnings that indicate it has reached the computer.
