Brief Description
Winko.G is a worm that downloads and runs malware in the affected computer. Some of the samples it downloads are variants belonging to the families of Lineage and Gamania Trojans, which steal passwords belonging to online games.
Additionally, it prevents the warning messages displayed by Windows when there is an error in the running programs or processes from being viewed.
Winko.G spreads by making copies of itself in the available drives, including removable devices.
